2. Subscription Help

  • Use Settings → Restore purchases if PRO access is missing.
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through your App Store account.

3. Account and Data

  • Delete your account from Settings → Delete account.
  • Disable location and notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
  • Privacy policy: darkscout.app/privacy.

4. Common Issues

  • No alerts: verify iOS notification permission and in-app alert toggle.
  • Planner or map not updating: check network connectivity and reopen the app.
  • Wrong location data: confirm location permission is set to While Using the App.
